Alex Gilgi, the barber of many Bayern stars, was interviewed. He revealed that stars such as Dias, Musiala, Alphonso Davis, and Jackson are all his regular customers. Barber: Most young men want gradient hairstyles. That is to cut the hair on the sides and back of the head shorter and shorter from top to bottom to form a transition. I would do something different for each person on the top of the hair—for example, for Dias, I only cut the ends.

Barber: Such a famous football player has almost no free time. So I hope they can have a few minutes of peace and quiet with me and be able to relax while they get their hair cut.

Barber: On average, lads have an appointment every 10 to 14 days - usually shortly before they play. Some people book through my website, some message me through social media or call me.

Barber: When I watch them play in the stadium or in front of the TV, I look closely at their hair to see if it's perfect and if I can do better.

Your relationship with some players seems to go beyond barber and customer?

Barber: I have known Musiala and Alphonso Davies since they were in the second team, which is more than five years! They have remained loyal to me, which makes me very happy. This speaks volumes about their wonderful character, which few truly understand.

Barber: Surprisingly, when we get a haircut, we almost don’t talk about football, but more about personal matters, including some interesting secrets. What the boys said in my barber's chair, it all stayed between us.

How did you start cutting hair for Bayern players?

Barber: I established contact with Bayern’s first player through social media. Alex recalls: “Oliver Bautista Maier (now with Munster in Prussia) discovered me on social media and messaged me. Ollie was playing in Bayern’s second team and training with the first team – and just like that, my skills spread around the club through word of mouth.”

Barber: Guerrero is one of the most enthusiastic people I have ever dealt with.

Do you treat star customers differently from ordinary customers?

Barber: To me, all customers are the same. I don't do the football player's hair any differently than I do all the other visitors, the hair style and the price remain the same.
