According to the "Sun" report, Sovemendi's youth training parent team Antiguco has sued Real Sociedad, claiming that it owed 1 million euros in share.
Antiguco's technical director Montiel said: "When Suvimendi signed with Real Sociedad, the two parties agreed that if a transfer occurs, we will receive 5% of the transfer fee, with a maximum of 1 million euros in return."
Suvimendi joined Arsenal with a transfer fee of 70 million euros this summer. He has played 12 games this season and scored 2 goals. The player's current transfer price is 70 million euros.
