Reporter: Roma finalizes Flamenco right-back Wesley, transfer fee of 25 million euros + 5 million floating

According to reporter Filippo Biafora, Roma's total price of 30 million euros was finalized by Flamenco's right-back Wesley.
Filippo Biafora revealed that the transaction for Wesley to transfer to Roma was finalized. Roma and Flamenco began to exchange transfer documents before midnight yesterday, with the transfer fee amounting to EUR 25 million + EUR 5 million floating bonus.
On the other hand, Flamengo will sign Milan right-back Emerson, who will have to wait for Emerson's medical examination before approving Wesley's departure.
