Liverpool fans warmly welcome Alonso: We will always choose you over Lampard

"World Sports News" reported that Xavi Alonso led Real Madrid to Anfield and received a warm welcome from Liverpool fans.
Xabi Alonso played for Liverpool as a player. This is the second time he has led the team to Anfield after becoming a coach (once during Leverkusen). During the game early this morning, the fans at Anfield gave Alonso a loud cheer and arranged a Beatles song for him.
The KOP stands sang in unison: "Oh, Xavi Alonso, who came from Real Sociedad to guard the midfield. His passing and long-range shots are so extraordinary. If we have to choose between him and Fat Frank (Note: Lampard's derogatory name), we will always choose Choose Xabi Alonso."
A clear contrast to Alonso is Arnold. He left Liverpool to join Real Madrid this summer. His mural was vandalized by fans before the game, and he also encountered deafening boos when he stepped onto the court to warm up before the game.
