According to Italian transfer expert Skira, Special Olympics is willing to stay in the team until the end of the contract period.
Skira said: "Teo will decide their ideal future destination next. If you don't find the right next home you like, Teo is even willing to stay in Milan until the contract ends next summer. Then you will leave the team freely. Milan hopes to sell players this summer, and the two sides are already in a tug-of-war."
Previously, Skira said that Milan has agreed to sell Teo to Riyadh Crescent for 30 million euros, but players tend to stay in Europe to join Atletico Madrid.
