The official account of the Slovenian Basketball Association posted photos of Doncic interacting with former teammate Porzingis before the game, with the caption: "Familiar face."
Doncic and Porzingis had previously been teammates during the Mavericks. The national teams where the two are located will also usher in a warm-up match before the European Cup later.
Doncic has previously missed the warm-up match against Germany and Lithuania. According to previous reports, he will play against Latvia.
