HWG! Romano: 38-year-old Vardy joins Cremonese, signs 1+1 year

Romano confirmed with the iconic Here we go that 38-year-old Vardy joined the Serie A team Cremonese as a free agent. The two sides sign the contract until 2026. If the team successfully relegated, the contract can be renewed for one year.
Romano wrote on social media: Vardy joins Cremonese, here we go! The two parties sign a contract for 1+1 year. If Cremonese relegates, the renewal clause will be triggered. The
agreement has been reached, and Vardy flew to Italy tonight to start a new chapter in his career.
38-year-old Vardy devoted most of his career to Leicester City, making 500 appearances for Leicester, contributing 200 goals and 71 assists; and helped the team win the Premier League championship in the 15-16 season. This summer, Vardy's contract with Leicester City expired and became a free agent.
As a newly promoted Serie A team this season, Cremonese won all two rounds in the start of the game and currently ranks second in the Serie A standings with 6 points.
