Post: Liverpool and Biba have a false alarm before the friendly match, fans are evacuated by staff

British media Daily Mail reported that a false alarm occurred before the friendly match between Liverpool and Biba, and fans were urgently evacuated by staff.

Before Liverpool's two friendly matches with Bilbao, Liverpool held a memorial service for Diogo Jota and his brother Andre Silva. This is the first time Liverpool played at Anfield since the two brothers died in a car accident last month.

The club has mourned the two brothers in the preseason against Preston, Milan and Yokohama Mariners. But back to Anfield, Reds legend Phil Thompson and Biba chairman Jon Uriat presented wreaths on the court in front of the KOP stands. The billboard on the side of the court reads: "Rest in peace, Diogo Jota and Andre Silva, you will never walk alone." When Thompson and Uriat walked into the court, the fans sang Jota's name. The song rang again at the beginning of the competition.

fans also raised flags and banners to commemorate Jota, and stood up and applauded with the players on both sides in the 20th minute.

However, a few minutes before the kickoff, due to false alarms, the stadium staff were forced to perform an emergency evacuation shortly before the first game.

A large number of fans had already sat down to watch the pre-match ceremony, but they were told to leave the stadium after the alarm sounded. But the club quickly confirmed that evacuation was a precaution after false alarms.

statement read: "Not long ago, a false alarm occurred in the Anfield main stand, resulting in the temporary evacuation of fans in the area. Fans are now allowed to return to the main stand, and the kick-off time is not expected to be delayed. Thank you for your cooperation."
