The skin is still smooth at the age of 40. Plastic surgeon analysis: Cristiano Ronaldo may have undergone multiple plastic surgeries on his face

"Daily Mail" interviewed plastic surgeon Dr. Eli Levine to analyze the changes in Ronaldo's appearance over the years.

According to Dr. Eli Levine, a top plastic surgeon in New York, Ronaldo may have undergone multiple plastic surgeries in the 22 years since his debut to perfect his burly and handsome appearance. Representatives for Ronaldo did not respond to requests for comment.

Nose

Although Dr. Levine did not examine or treat Ronaldo, the first thing he noticed from Ronaldo’s before and after photos was the “significant change” in his nose. Dr. Levine, chief of plastic surgery and dermatology in New York City, believes that Ronaldo's nose bridge is more "refined" and the side walls of his nose are "significantly narrower."

"This is consistent with the characteristics of rhinoplasty surgery. Not only the tip of the nose is adjusted - because the tip of the nose is obviously more refined - but the entire upper part of the bridge of the nose and the back of the nose are also more delicately shaped," he told the Daily Mail. "This suggests that, in addition to possible cartilage surgery, his nasal bones were likely broken and reshaped."

Smile

One of Ronaldo's most striking features - and the most obvious difference over the years - is his dazzling smile. Ronaldo wore braces when he first arrived in the UK and his teeth were crowded, gapped and unevenly coloured, but after just two years at Manchester United, veneers appeared to have improved his smile.

"His gums would show, but then they were completely invisible," Dr. Levine claimed. "It definitely indicates something that is reducing gum exposure."

Dr. Levine explains that there are two ways to address gum problems. The first is Botox combined with veneers. However, he believes Ronaldo may have also undergone surgery to reduce the upper gum area.

Forehead

In addition to his dazzling teeth, one of Ronaldo's most striking facial features is of course his shiny, smooth forehead, which Dr. Levine said is too perfect for a man in his late forties.

Dr. Levine explained that Ronaldo's lower eyelids, cheeks and forehead appear flawless for a 40-year-old, which means the international soccer star most likely received Botox injections to eliminate wrinkles and crow's feet on his upper face.

Zygoma

The same seems to be true of Ronaldo's perfectly high cheekbones, which Dr. Levine believes have been "enhanced." "It's not that his cheek looked different when he was 18 or 19, but it didn't get worse," Dr. Levine explained.

Skin

However, the secret to Ronaldo's wrinkle-free appearance may go beyond injections. Dr. Levine claims that brow lift surgery may also help him look better at 40 than he did at 18.

Dr. Levine believes that Ronaldo may have undergone endoscopic brow lift surgery, combined with Botox and possibly laser resurfacing, to make him look "clean, tidy, and refreshed."

Hair

And Ronaldo certainly has the thick locks to hide any potential scars - but he may have another surgery to thank for that. According to Dr. Levine, he may have had PRP treatments (using his own platelet concentrate to stimulate hair follicles and promote hair growth) or even a minor hair transplant.

"If you look at his hairline, it's 100 percent unchanged," Dr. Levine said of Ronaldo's thick black hair. "On closer inspection, there are almost no changes."

"So, is it possible that he has the most powerful hair gene in the world? Absolutely. But it's also possible that he had something done to it along the way."

"There really doesn't appear to be any backsliding. Even the ones described as having hair. People with strong hair genes usually have their temples moved back slightly, forming a point of beauty.”

Cost and Comparison

Dr. Levine estimates that the total cost of Ronaldo’s rumored surgeries may exceed $100,000, or even reach $250,000.
